It clearly seems they have a problem assisting people of COLOUR! YES - PEOPLE OF COLOUR, blatantly you ignore me and of no help in assisting me when I asked about the jewellery. I am not there for any freebies but to purchase. It's very sad to have to be treated with ignorance. Customer service is the key to a successful branch. Hopefully the management of MIMCO educate these staff how to interact with all customers that come into the store.

Mimco say you should be happy with your purchase but Danni was the only girl to go out of her way with outstanding customer service, so THANK YOU I ❤️ my bag now xxx
